This was the voting for the change in Tutelle law from 7 to only 1 Tuteurs needed for under age inheritances to cut out the whole under age aspect of my 1970s laundry case when I was a young and innocent tender and naive fifteen years of age.
The list of people in the blog includes some of the people responsible for changing the C19 Tutelle law here in 2016. My Jersey Financial Services Commission complaints in 2013 brought a fact to the attention of the powers that be here, namely that no Tutelle of 7 people was formed when I inherited aged 15 in the 1970s. The effect of changing the number of responsible adult people needed from 7 to 1 meant that only 1 parent who was trusted with the estate in the 1970s needed to be claimed to be responsible for me as a 15 year old. The change was retroactive effectively legalizing 39 years of compounded crimes against me as a 15 year old for most of my working life.
ReplyDeleteI have had to read many books about crime to understand these people all listed above and I would say that because I was a vulnerable fifteen years old and they let the crimes compound for decades even people in the ciminal underworld should be very wary and cautious about ever doing business with people who are known or suspected even of the crimes they did to me when I was young and for the decades that then compounded. This blog does not get much traffic but if one person anywhere is saved by this cautionary tale then the blog with have been worthwhile.
ReplyDeletewill have been worthwhile.
DeleteMost of the criminals named here have done so much laundry over the decades they are due for amputations next time they roll in to Mecca in actual legal theory.
ReplyDeleteClive Tomes and Coke-Wallis.
ReplyDeleteIt seems pretty obvious to me at least the TFs listed above are going to eventually kill me. They tried before in 1994 and other times then they changed the law when I complained to the JFSC. They now know however that I am a force to be reckoned with so they will take no chances. They can put up with talk and blogs but they cannot take the chance of me winning any law suit against them for what they exploited me for when I was under 16 here and all the 4 decades of subsequent control and crimes. Somebody might read this after I am gone like a witches trial of many many years ago. Like the Pitcairn Islands ended up with a bad name this place will end up the same reputation if they do not kill me before I win any court case.
ReplyDeleteThings do not look good really. All of the territories and dependencies fit together globally like an organized crime matrix of about 20 different TF countries so they can make the world too small for the two of you sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI have had 10 properties defrauded from me and laundered here since I was under 16 in the 1970s and probably about the same number of serious attempts on my life. Ian Gorst I expect the next property fraud laundry and subsequent murder attempt to be from as he was a top Chief Minister politician here in '16 instrumental in pushing through the change to the old 19th century tutelle law that almost legalized everything after my '13 Jersey Financial Services Commission complaints about Barclays and the RBC were sustained.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to say that along with his gang of goons here Ian Gorst the ex Chief Minister here from '16 when he changed the tutelle law to his advantage now has no option but to kill me. Lead or lead is his style of doing business not silver or lead as the numerous attempts made on my life over the years can testify. He cannot afford to take even the slightest chance that I will testify against him and the gangs here that hit my financials when under 16 in the 1970s and compounded their crimes against me for over 4 decades here now while they all lived the high life. He is the main London launderer and TF. This place works for London. He is an accountant. It is dependent. A dependency. He is a 10 Downing Street Puppet. My life even in only my 50s still is now effectively terminated.
ReplyDeleteEven my full academic year from 13 to 14 enlisted without choice into the British Army section of the Combined Cadet Force has not adequately prepared me for the certainty of early death that now lies ahead at the absolute power and self interested benefit and command of the ex Chief Minister here, any of his goons, and 10 Downing Street.
